Bushcraft - Wood Slide Bushbox LF

The wood slide makes cooking and enjoying your fire even more convenient, as the firewood automatically slides down into the combustion chamber of your Bushbox LF. There is no need for constant refilling, as you can insert longer branches or logs right from the start, allowing you to focus entirely on cooking or relax and enjoy the dancing flames.

Features
- The wood slide is simply inserted slightly at an angle through the fuel window and then placed horizontally (see photos).
- You can use the attached chain to adjust the desired tilt angle by hooking it into the groove for the universal grate on both sides at the top. The longer and heavier your pieces of wood are, the steeper the incline should be (i.e., the shorter the chain), ensuring the wood slides down reliably and the Bushbox remains stable (without accidentally tipping over).
- Ignite your Bushbox fire as usual and add fuel to the combustion chamber accordingly. As soon as your fire begins to catch, you can feed firewood through the wood slide. It will slide down automatically as it burns, so you do not have to keep adding fuel yourself. Meanwhile, you can prepare food on the Bushbox using pot supports or a universal grate.
- Alternatively, if you set the incline very shallow, you can also use the wood slide as a small platform to keep your drink warm.
- Caution: The chain is designed for high temperatures, so it does not matter if it hangs inside the combustion chamber. However, you should never touch it with bare hands while hot; please always wear gloves.
- Attention: It may occasionally be necessary to manually push the fuel a little to ensure it burns evenly and does not accidentally catch fire outside the Bushbox.
