Astro 300 L down sleeping bag (body height 185 - 200cm)

The Astro down sleeping bag guarantees warm nights. Thanks to trapezoidal chambers, the filling always stays in place. This prevents cold spots and keeps the sleeping bag nice and warm – even on cold nights. The Astro is also a bluesign® product: sustainable production, fair working conditions, and the lowest possible impact on people and the environment. But that's not all! Deuter also uses only down certified according to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS).

Material
30D PA RIPSTOP
Thanks to its extremely high weave density, this new featherlight microfiber cover fabric is highly water-repellent and breathable at the same time, protecting the down from clumping due to moisture – from both the outside and inside. The extremely fine, down-proof, and windproof nylon ripstop material impresses with a supple feel. Stability and abrasion resistance are achieved via the fine "ripstop" structure. It is produced according to the strict Bluesign® standard.

* D stands for denier. This describes the yarn weight. 600D therefore corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 meters.
* PES stands for polyester. PES fibers are very tear- and abrasion-resistant and absorb almost no moisture.
* PA stands for polyamide. PA fibers are extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. They are also characterized by high elasticity and low weight.

Temperature limits
Comfort temperature: +7° C
Limit temperature: +3° C
Extreme temperature: -11° C

COMFORT TEMPERATURE indicates the lower temperature limit at which an average woman (25 years / 60 kg / 1.60 m) can sleep comfortably through the night. In this range, even an inexperienced user will feel comfortable at all times.

EXTREME TEMPERATURE indicates the lower extreme temperature limit that an average woman can withstand for 6 hours under severe cold stress. Sleep is not possible here. In this risk range, strong sensations of cold are to be expected. There is a risk of health damage due to hypothermia.
