The professional down sleeping bag Astro Pro is perfect for alpinists, whether in a tent or under the open starry sky. The inner shell, which can stretch by 25% in width, hugs the sleeper perfectly. It offers plenty of space while keeping the warmth inside the sleeping bag. The sensitive foot area is optimally insulated by the three-dimensional foot box and provides pleasant foot freedom thanks to its ergonomic cut. All models in the Astro Pro series are bluesign® products and are also made with certified down (RDS).

20D PA RIPSTOP + DWR
With a weight of 38g/sqm, this 20D polyamide offers a very good weight-to-performance ratio. This item is specially treated with a PFC-free DWR, which allows for a faster drying time.

* D stands for denier. This describes the yarn weight. 600D therefore corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 meters.
* PES stands for polyester. PES fibers are very tear- and abrasion-resistant and absorb hardly any moisture.
* PA stands for polyamide. PA fibers are extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. They are also characterized by high elasticity and low weight.

THE COMFORT TEMPERATURE indicates the lower temperature limit at which an average woman (25 years / 60 kg / 1.60 m) can sleep comfortably through the night. In this range, even inexperienced users will feel comfortable at all times.

THE LIMIT TEMPERATURE indicates the lower temperature limit at which an average man (25 years / 70 kg / 1.73 m) can sleep comfortably through the night. To stay warm, the user must adapt to the conditions through clothing and behavior within this range.

THE EXTREME TEMPERATURE indicates the lower extreme temperature at which an average woman can endure for 6 hours under severe cold stress. Sleep is not possible here. In this risk area, a strong feeling of cold is to be expected. There is a risk of health damage due to hypothermia.
