All about Ultrapress Purifier Cartridge (Orange) water filter
Ultrapress replacement filters are designed for a lifespan of 300 cycles (150 l).
The lifespan is reduced when purifying water with high levels of silt, sediment, or tannins. The cartridge press time increases toward the end of the cartridge's life. When the press time reaches 25-30 seconds, the cartridge should be replaced.
Even when the flow time increases, the cartridge continues to provide protection.
It is recommended to replace the cartridge at that point, despite any environmental concerns.
