The Qvarfot Felling Axe is hand-forged from quality Swedish steel. During the forging process, the steel axe head is struck 40-60 times to increase its density and durability. The high-quality American hickory handle, the hand-forged steel head, and the razor-sharp edge are a testament to the axe’s premium quality and longevity. The included edge protector protects the blade during transport.
The blacksmith trade is a craft and a tradition that has often been passed down from father to son through generations. This axe is named after one of the families that has been forging axes at Hults Bruk for several generations: the Qvar Fots.
