How it works
the power of odorants
1. Invi's odorant is released immediately upon activation and can be perceived within seconds.
2. The smell triggers a reaction of disgust: a powerful human emotion, often followed by a flight response.
3. In this moment of distraction and confusion, an opportunity for escape may arise.
4. The smell can alert others from hundreds of meters away. There have been multiple instances of people calling emergency services due to the "gas-like smell."
5. Scientific studies show that Invi's odorant reduces sexual arousal, and cases are known in which the bracelet has prevented an assault.
