The lightest combat boot / operational boot from MEINDL approved for field service. The Eagle PRO GTX is one of Meindl's most popular boots and is in high demand by the military, police, and security services. The boot is very durable, stable, 100% waterproof, and yet extremely comfortable, making it suitable for longer missions. Thanks to its high-grip sole profile, it is also suitable for rougher terrain and hikes.
According to the Swiss Armed Forces Logistics Base (LBA), the boot is approved for field service: This boot meets LBA regulations for civilian footwear suitable for field service and is authorized in Switzerland for military refresher courses, deployment courses, recruit school, and inspections.
