The N°08 Horizon, the robust pocket knife for all multisport activities.

With its simple design and elements inspired by nature, the N°08 Horizon Khaki is the ideal companion for all your outdoor adventures.

Robust and practical, it is aimed at outdoor enthusiasts looking for a versatile tool suitable for all their activities: hiking, bivouacking, mountain biking, or canoeing.

The N°08 Horizon Khaki model features an 8 cm long, smooth stainless steel blade, characterized by high corrosion resistance and excellent cutting quality. Its polyamide handle with 30% glass fiber is water-resistant and withstands extreme temperatures. It features an integrated whistle and a lanyard loop to attach the knife wherever you need it.

Hardness 55-57 HRC. Originating from Europe. The stainless steel used for Opinel blades is of a special grade, offering both high corrosion resistance and high mechanical performance. The blade boasts excellent sharpness and high abrasion resistance (wear resistance), allowing it to withstand regular contact with hard materials such as ceramics before requiring resharpening. Stainless steel has the advantage that, unlike carbon steel, it requires no special maintenance under normal conditions of use. Nevertheless, it can reach its limits if it comes into prolonged contact with an aggressive environment (acid, salt water, detergent, etc.).

The knife handle is injected with glass-fiber reinforced polymer, which guarantees high resistance to impacts, water, and extreme temperatures (-40°C to +80°C). A pea-less signal whistle is integrated into the end of the handle. It works in all weather conditions, with a volume of 110 dB and a range of around 300 meters in open terrain.
