The heat rises from the base into the casserole dish and is directed evenly onto the food from three different directions through the sophisticated heat distribution and double-walled construction: from above, below, and the sides. There are ventilation openings in the lid. The heat circulates efficiently in the ring mold, allowing a variety of oven dishes to succeed perfectly.
