The fire skillet with two handles can be used not only on induction/gas/ceramic hobs, but also over a gas flame or in the oven. It also performs excellently on outdoor cooking areas, on a campfire, or on a suitable grill. Braising, searing, or roasting – in the fire skillet, every dish becomes a treat. The high-quality cast iron with its excellent heat distribution is ready for immediate use and easy to care for thanks to its pre-treated surface (seasoned finish). The durable and robust skillet has a natural non-stick effect that improves with every use as a patina forms. Cast iron is also a good heat retainer, which is why dishes can be served directly in the skillet.
