The fire skillet can be used not only on an electric stove, over a gas flame, or in the oven. It also performs excellently on an outdoor cooking station, over a campfire, or on a suitable grill. Braising, searing, or roasting – every dish becomes a delight in the fire skillet. Thanks to the pre-treated surface (seasoned finish), the high-quality cast iron with its excellent heat distribution is ready for immediate use and easy to maintain. The durable and robust pan has a natural non-stick effect that improves with every frying process as a patina forms. Cast iron is also a good heat retainer, which is why dishes can also be served directly in the pan.
