Kazan 8 liters

The Petromax Kazan is your must-have for adventures – robust, versatile, and with an 8-liter capacity for large gatherings. Whether over a campfire, on the stove, or on the Atago: this cast-iron pot with a stainless steel handle and lid turns every hearth into your personal gourmet station. The rounded, wok-like shape ensures your dishes cook evenly and allows you to toss them comfortably in the Kazan – perfect for anything you want to be crispy, tender, and aromatic.

The multifunctional lid makes the Kazan even more practical. Thanks to its three feet, the lid can be used directly as a pan and offers an additional 1.9 liters of space for creative dishes. The integrated thermometer feed-through in the lid allows for convenient temperature monitoring, so you always have full control over your food – from the initial searing to the crust.

The high-quality cast iron of the Kazan distributes heat evenly and retains it, allowing you to cook with less fat and achieve excellent cooking results. At the same time, a patina forms over time, which ensures the best flavor and easier food release. The Kazan is versatile – whether for searing, braising, deep-frying, or even baking – and is a true all-rounder for every cooking style, from Asian stir-fries to rustic braised dishes.
