Seat cushion for Petromax cooler kx50

The seat cushion turns the compact kx50 ultra-passive cooling system into a comfortable outdoor seat. The permanently elastic foam in the cushion core ensures ideal pressure distribution and a comfortable seating experience. The black outer cover made of robust ripstop fabric (600D strength) gives the cushion exceptional durability. At the same time, coarse dirt only adheres to the surface and can be easily brushed off or wiped away with a damp cloth. The mesh fabric on the underside forms a reliable anti-slip coating and air-permeable membrane for a firm seat in wet conditions and quick drying in the fresh air. The top of the cushion is also finished with a high-quality embroidered logo of the traditional German brand. Thanks to the practical 4-point snap fastener system, the seat cushion can be easily attached or removed. The corresponding counterparts must be screwed into the pre-marked spots on the lid before first use.

The seat cushion for the kx50 cooling box can be combined and used with a Petromax adhesive pad of the appropriate size.

Mounting the seat cushion on the Petromax cooling box

To prepare, clean the four indentations factory-fitted on the cooler lid and dry them thoroughly. Then, place a snap fastener counterpart in the center of the indentation (use the dot marking), screw it in by hand, and tighten it. Repeat the process for the remaining counterparts. ATTENTION: Apply only moderate force when tightening to avoid crushing or otherwise damaging the rubber seals. Place the seat cushion (mesh fabric facing down) on the cooling box, align it flush, and press each of the four tabs with the snap fastener onto the screwed-on counterparts. To remove, pull the four cushion tabs with snap fasteners off one by one from the side and away from the lid.
