Silva Free – More freedom with the world's first modular headlamp
Silva Free is the first modular headlamp series in the world – developed for more comfort, more light, and maximum flexibility. Thanks to Free technology, all cables are integrated into the headband – annoying cables are now a thing of the past. The modular design with interchangeable lamp units, batteries, mounts, and headbands also allows you to individually adapt your lamp to different activities.

Airflow technology ensures optimized cooling and consistent performance – even with low air circulation. All Free models feature Silva Intelligent Light: a dual light distribution with a long-range spot light and a wide-angle flood light – for fewer head movements, better orientation, and more confidence at higher speeds.

The Silva Free was awarded the ISPO Award 2023. The jury stated: “A modular headlamp is ideal for multisport athletes with versatile requirements. The Silva Free series is light, offers strong luminosity, and many customization options.”

Upgrade your Free lamp for further activities
Thanks to the modular structure of the Free series, you can easily expand your headlamp – without buying a second one. Simply swap the lamp unit and adapt it to your activity. You can choose from four lamp units, five batteries, two headbands, and various mounts – for helmets, bikes, or GoPros.
