About our Tactical Foodpack products

Preparation
To prepare, tear open the bag and remove the included oxygen absorber. Then, water can be poured into the bag to prepare the dish for consumption:

In general, hot water should be poured into the bag to prepare the dish. More precise details on the amount of water and the waiting time can be found on the back of each bag.

If you do not have access to hot water, you can also easily prepare your dish with the Tactical Heater Bag (sold separately):

1. Take the heater pad out of the large packaging.
2. Remove the packaging of the heater pad and place the pad back on the bottom of the heater bag packaging.
3. Pour the intended amount of water into the Tactical Foodpack meal and then place the sealed bag into the heater bag (bottom part against the heater pad).
4. Pour approx. 150 ml of water into the heater bag (up to the marked line).
5. Quickly close the ziplock of the heater bag.
6. The heater reacts within 30 seconds to 3 minutes; the colder the water, the slower the reaction.
7. Let the food sit in the heater bag for 15-20 minutes. We recommend stirring the dish after 10 minutes.

Alternatively, Tactical Foodpack products can also be prepared directly over a fire. In an emergency, the dishes can also be prepared and consumed with cold water or even completely without water.
