Black external frame carrier

Combination of aluminum frame and V2 carrying system. The load-carrying frame, consisting of a welded aluminum chassis, provides the necessary carrying comfort for heavy luggage. With a load capacity of up to 50 kg, it is versatile. A 25 cm deep support serves as the loading platform. The main frame tubes have a diameter of 24 mm, while the crossbar tubes are 20 mm. Stability is guaranteed by a total of four cross-braces in the main frame. The one-piece stiffened hip belt and the carrying straps are well-padded to protect against pressure points. A stand ensures a secure footing—even on uneven terrain—and also offers additional attachment options.

The classic 420 denier nylon material has proven itself in the "High Density" (HD) version as a good basic material that can be used flexibly. The 420 denier thread results in high tear resistance. The material is made waterproof by a triple PU coating.

V2-System
Flexible for medium to heavy loads. The construction of the V2 system with specially arranged rods (1), (2) ensures an excellent ratio of efficient load transfer and simultaneous flexibility. This allows the wearer to move relatively well even with a heavy load on their back. The ergonomically shaped hip belt with lumbar pad (3) and conically cut hip wings (4) is comfortably padded and prevents the backpack from slipping. The concave-shaped back padding (5) also ensures optimal support and good contact with the backpack—providing sufficient freedom of movement even when fully loaded. The load control straps (6), the comfortable shoulder straps (7), and the lid height (8) are adjustable and allow for a precise fit.
