All about Mexican-style quinoa
Even 6,000 years ago, Andean peoples valued the healthy and particularly protein-rich quinoa grain, which is why it is still called the Gold of the Incas today. The new Trek’n Eat Mexican-style Quinoa with plenty of vegetables provides valuable nutrients for an active day. The spicy dish is vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free, and contains no additives, preservatives, or flavor enhancers. A hint of coriander gives it the typical delicate and extraordinary flavor profile of Central American cuisine.
