Composition 100% acetal

Acetal is a thermoplastic, semi-crystalline plastic with high strength and hardness, combined with excellent dimensional stability and chemical durability. The material is characterized by good sliding and wear properties as well as high abrasion resistance. Acetal is excellently suited for the production of precision parts and is used at Tatonka for buckles and fasteners on backpacks. With a temperature resistance from -40°C to +132°C, they are easy to operate in any weather.
